Escape Room LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) functioning under Cyber Waiver name (“Cyber Waiver”) operates the www.cyberwaiver.com website and Cyber Waiver mobile applications that govern your access to and use of our Services, including our various websites, APIs, Mobile Applications (collectively referred to as the “Services” or “Service”).
In accordance with US privacy law, this page informs you of our privacy policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information when you use our Services.

Your personal information
While using our Service, we may collect a variety of information, including but not limited to your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, Company name.
The collected information is used to provide and improve our products, services, content and advertising. That information is also used to contact or identify you, to deliver latest product announcements, software updates, upcoming events, important notes related to changes of terms, conditions and policies. We may also use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. Public information
We may also collect non-private (public) information that your browser sends when you visit our websites or when you access through a mobile application. That information does not identify any specific individual and used for marketing purposes. That information may include your browser type, browser version, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser, type of mobile device you use, time zone of Service users, area codes, computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (when it is not associated with/or linked to any other personal information and and therefore is treated as not personal information), clickstream data, language and other statistics.
This information is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is aggregated and used to help us to analyze our customer’s behavior, increase our Service’s efficiency, improve our advertising activities provide more useful information to our customers and for research purposes.
Personal Information in stored waivers
When you use our Services, we collect information about the waivers that you store in Cyber Waiver secure servers, executed by your customers, such as the name of the person signing the waiver, digital signature, computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and other information associated with a filled form.
We collect this information for the purpose of indexing the waivers for your retrieval, providing the support, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your inquiries, servicing your technical help requests, providing you with better customer service and improving our services.
Cookies and similar third party services
During the provision of our Services, we may use “cookies”. Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier that enables the system to recognize your browser, capture and remember certain information. Cookies can be enabled or disabled based on your preferences and cannot be changed without your permission. The security of your Personal Information is very important to us, and we ensure implementation and maintaining reasonable security protection and procedures appropriate to the nature of the information we store. Cyber Waiver does not allow the collection of credit card and/or social security number information in waiver forms. Our security affords focus on protection of your personal information against unauthorized access or use, loss, destruction, disclosure, modification or alteration.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all of our websites web pages and Mobile Applications. It is user’s obligation to use SSL-enabled browsers in order to protect the confidentiality of your or your customer’s personal information during Internet transition. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
All of the collected information is transferred, stored and maintained under the jurisdiction of USA. Cyber Waiver reserves the right to update or change its Privacy Policy at any time. If any changes occur to this Policy, we commit to notify our users with prominent notice on our website along with posting a new Policy on Privacy Policy dedicated webpage and contacting each user by email or a physical mail delivery service provided by users during registration process. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 11, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
At Cyber Waiver, we strive to make our policies clear and our services easy to use. As part of that commitment, we’re announcing some changes to the Cyber Waiver Privacy Policy.
