Escape Room LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) functioning under Cyber Waiver name (“Cyber Waiver”) operates the www.cyberwaiver.com website and Cyber Waiver mobile applications that govern your access to and use of our Services, including our various websites, APIs, Mobile Applications (collectively referred to as the “Services” or “Service”).

Personal Information in stored waivers
When you use our Services, we collect information about the waivers that you store in Cyber Waiver secure servers, executed by your customers, such as the name of the person signing the waiver, digital signature, computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and other information associated with a filled form.
We collect this information for the purpose of indexing the waivers for your retrieval, providing the support, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your inquiries, servicing your technical help requests, providing you with better customer service and improving our services.
Cookies and similar third party services
During the provision of our Services, we may use “cookies”. Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier that enables the system to recognize your browser, capture and remember certain information. It is user’s obligation to use SSL-enabled browsers in order to protect the confidentiality of your or your customer’s personal information during Internet transition.
