When you need a paper contract
We encourage Cyber Waiver users always to keep a paper version of your Waiver (or other legal document) handy for the following reasons:
– Electronic Signatures in Global and International Commerce Act contains a sub-section (b), that preserves the rights of individuals to NOT USE electronic signatures. Here the law provides that individuals reserve the right to use a paper signature. Sub-section (c) is in direct support of (b) by requiring a “Consumer Disclosure” that the signatory has consented to use an electronic format.
– In order to improve our service and keep it up-to-date, we might have perform routine maintenance that sometimes can cause short periods when service (website, Application or server) can be temporary unavailable. Wherever possible we endeavor to notify you in advance in such circumstances. If such situation happens, detailed updates will be posted on an “Updates” Page.
